What do we love about Witloof? The delicious contrast between the setting - an authentic Flemish house - and chef Mickaël Braure's inventive cuisine. There's no à la carte menu here, just a slate of dishes that changes several times a week according to what's available, because that's the chef's philosophy: to work only with fresh, seasonal produce from short supply chains. The result? Constantly renewed flavors and textures, to our delight. We also love the attention paid to the selection of wines and beers, which the chef wants to be as natural as possible.
