The Bennes Garden is an association that has the wind on the ground and keeps thinking about the future of our environment by acting in the present. In the field of ecology and recycling, the Bennes Garden has imagination. This is how the association makes the nine with old, collecting all kinds of objects that have already lived: appliances, furniture, books, crockery, toys,… Everything is reviewed and repaired in the Boutique shop. Throughout the year, the association organises training around topics such as eco-responsible gestures, sorting waste or even wasting food. But the Bennes Garden wants to convey its message in good humour and sharing. That was where the various workshops proposed were born: The "Repair Café" welcomes adults every Saturday of the month (bring your objects, the association provides advice and tools to personalize them!), the "Reparados Workshops" welcome young people between 17 and 11 years of age and turn them into apprentice handyman-creator, finally the "Green Kid Workshops" welcomes the 6-11 years to familiarize them with environmental issues. The Bennes Garden offers a funny and moving way of thinking about ecology, sustainable development by pushing us to reinvent our objects as much as our lifestyles and consumption.
