Microcantine in the CAFI of Sainte-Livrade offering classic and homemade duck and pork dishes.
This is almost a place of memory: the CAFI of Sainte-Livrade, in other words the French Accueil Camp, which hosted the survivors of the eponymous war. Today the previously modest barracks have been completely renovated… and survive an Asian grocery store that serves as a super-canteen. From duck to pig painted by the famous bò bún (kind of complete salad with vermicelli, peanut, meat to choice, pieces of nems and nuoc-mâm sauce), all the classics are here home and to take away according to envy. Special mention for bao dau, brioches rice flour flour stuffed with meat, eggs, onions and mushrooms, cooked by steam. A real institution, for the price of a gitmo!
