A family distillery whose spirits include fruit brandies made on site in an old still.
This traditional distillery was created in the 1960s by the grandfather of Olivier Cillières, now owner with his wife Séverine. The house specialty: eau-de-vie made from fruit purchased from small local producers (strawberry, apricot, apple, pear, mirabelle plum, kiwi, plum, prune). The range has been enriched by an eau-de-vie with vanilla and tonka bean, named "Esprit Dérangé", a very spiritual name for a spirit. All production is distilled in an old still dating from 1924, made in Agen for greater authenticity.
