An institution in Lot-et-Garonne! Since 1964, Coufidou is a cooperative of 42 producers (9 of which are organic) that transforms and markets the famous Agen prunes. Coufidou develops derivative products from the prune. From dried prunes to sweets such as Pruno Cacao (prunes coated in chocolate), prunes filled with orange, rum or Armagnac flavors or Caprices de Coufidou, a delicious nougatine cup with prune cream, walnut kernels and coated with dark chocolate. A variation on the star fruit, from appetizer to dessert!
