Ideally located (as its name suggests), right next to the Citadelle, this restaurant offers a frequently renewed menu to adapt flavors to the seasons and new arrivals. As you've guessed, here we like to work with fresh, local produce, whether from the sea or local breeders. Lovers of fine wine will be delighted by the extensive wine list!
