Here, the identity of Northern France is asserted with the region's must-try dishes: potjevleesch, welsh, carbonnade flamande... but also (and more rarely) traditional Liège-style meatballs! Those with a sweet tooth will appreciate one of the homemade desserts, which are simply delicious! The atmosphere is relaxed, and you're greeted with a smile. The cuisine is homemade, inventive and focused on seafood and traditional gastronomy. You'll enjoy tasty, seasonal dishes, concocted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each plate offers generous portions to satisfy your taste buds. The menu changes with the seasons to guarantee a new experience every time you visit. Take, for example, the Boulet à la liégeoise, a house specialty. This dish is prepared with pork and beef, and served with a sweet and sour sauce made with Liège syrup.
