Even though L'Arbre lost its Michelin star in 2018, this gourmet restaurant has lost neither quality nor charm, and the chef at its helm, Florian Choquet, has a lot to do with it. His cuisine is beautiful, inventive and, above all, instinctive. The chef works mainly with local, seasonal produce, which he sublimates with surprising seasonings that awaken the taste buds.
