Brasserie-restaurant offering a wide variety of grilled meats in Gussignies.
The Brasserie au Baron was opened by Alain Bailleux on June 8, 1989. The first beer produced in Gussignies is named after the saint of that day, Saint Médard, but the most famous beer brewed on the spot is without doubt the Cuvée des Jonquilles! Visits are possible on reservation (on the site). The brewery is next to the restaurant which has been in operation since 1976. The restaurant offers a wide variety of typical brasserie dishes: grilled meats, entrecote, andouillettes, etc. The advantage: a large terrace on the waterfront, ideal for sunny days.

Je regrette néanmoins les tarifs français, car malheureusement ce n'est pas à la bourse de tout le monde.
Par contre, le service d une nouvelle fille que je n ai jamais vu pas au top car on lui dit que les plats salades sont hyper vinaigré et elle nous répond : je ne sais pas car je n en mange pas.
Le but est que cela ne se reproduise plus en cuisine.
Un p'tit croque pour déjeuner ( balade moto ).
