Brasserie-restaurant offering a wide variety of grilled meats in Gussignies.

The Brasserie au Baron was opened by Alain Bailleux on June 8, 1989. The first beer produced in Gussignies is named after the saint of that day, Saint Médard, but the most famous beer brewed on the spot is without doubt the Cuvée des Jonquilles! Visits are possible on reservation (on the site). The brewery is next to the restaurant which has been in operation since 1976. The restaurant offers a wide variety of typical brasserie dishes: grilled meats, entrecote, andouillettes, etc. The advantage: a large terrace on the waterfront, ideal for sunny days.

Brasserie sympathique dans un cadre bucolique. Très bien accueillis, belle petite carte simple de bistrot et grande salle. Possibilité visite de la brasserie (fabrication de la bière). Magnifique terrasse au bord de l'eau. Accueil de (grands) groupes possible. Bel endroit.
