Located two blocks from the Saint-Éloi church, the Saint-Éloi cemetery in Hazebrouck is a place steeped in history. Many local personalities are buried here. There are several chapels (one much higher than the others) belonging to families closely linked to the city, as well as a calvary, busts, the Commonwealth military cemetery.... You can visit this place thanks to an explanatory brochure offered by the tourist office. This includes a map of the cemetery and the definition of some of the funeral symbols you will encounter during your visit.
