PUBLIC GARDEN
Public garden with trees and very well maintained, perfect for nice family walks in Hazebrouck.
Inaugurated in 1929, this public garden is a beautiful green setting in which we discover two statues. The first one is a tribute to the former deputy mayor of the city, Jules Lemire. This former abbot had wanted to create a friendly garden open to all those who wanted to get some fresh air. The second statue is that of Pomona. The latter is the Etruscan divinity of fruits and gardens. The place is planted with trees and very well maintained, perfect for a nice family walk on weekends or to enjoy a moment of calm and plenitude during the week.
