LA FERME DU BUGUET
A duck and goose farm for canned products with the good taste of the past.
Bruno and Reine raise geese and ducks and process them on site, following the family tradition since 1991. All their specialities are available in goose or duck versions: no raw food here, just canned delights! You'll discover whole duck foies gras with truffles, blocks of foie gras with chunks, stuffed duck necks, pâtés and rillettes, cassoulet, gizzards... The animals are raised in the open air and in freedom, fed on cereals and fertilized with corn. For recipes "guaranteed to taste like the old days"!
