La Maniguette is a bistronomic restaurant located in La Madeleine, just a few minutes from Lille in the beautiful and dynamic Hauts-de-France region.
At La Maniguette, we only offer "home-made" dishes using fresh, seasonal, quality produce, mostly organic and local. Our chef, a veritable prodigy when it comes to sauces, will amaze you with his delicate, feminine cuisine.
We are committed to "eating well", with an emphasis on vegetables and herbs, many of which come from our own kitchen garden.
