Brasserie offering a regional and mastered cuisine in Cateau-Cambrésis.
It is in the heart of this magnificent old Benedictine abbey renovated into a brewery that the Brasserie du Cateau is established. Here, the cuisine is local, seasonal, generous and of high quality, accompanying marvelously well the twelve Vivat beers available on draught. The menu is epicurean and northern: welsh, maroilles pie, chicken filet au gratin and beef steak. The desserts are not in rest and give as much envy: home-made sugar pie, cup of ch'nord or a greedy coffee. The ideal place to (indulge) yourself!

Parfait.
Dommage qu'il n'y ai que très peu de choix niveau apéritif, mais le repas était super, la viande tendre et cuite à la perfection.
La bière est superbe.
