Romain Vienne decided to open his restaurant in the old presbytery in the village where he grew up. A unique place that he wanted to bring back to life with an equally unique cuisine. Having worked for some of the world's top chefs, he now puts his expertise to work using local, organic and seasonal produce. Some of the herbs and vegetables are even ultra-local, coming from the garden next to the restaurant! These demanding choices have paid off: fine dishes, beautiful plates and an unwavering success. A refined table!
