LE CAVEAU DU CARILLON
You finished your meal at Le Carillon restaurant and you particularly appreciated the wine that was served to you? Take the time to ask the boss for advice and he will take you to his cellar, which he opened about ten years after the restaurant. But you don't have to have had your meal in a restaurant, the Caveau du Carillon is accessible to all lovers of good wines. You will find, in addition to a wide choice of wines, champagne, whisky, digestives... Ciders, apple juices and beers are produced locally. The cellar is certainly relatively small but it has the charm of a red brick cellar in which you go down to choose a good bottle for your guests. Tasting sessions are organised twice a year (the dates will be indicated on the website). A good way to learn or perfect your knowledge of oenology and fill up on good bottles!
