Opened since 2010, this new space is divided into a stage space dedicated to the Country of Maroilles. Sensory journey, the Maroilles is presented in all its facets, from green groves where it draws its origins, until its production techniques. The history of milk, the presence of bacteria are studied for a complete approach of this particular cheese. The visit offers, along its corridors, visibility on the organic cheese factory: a look rich in lessons. For the budding cooks, the Square of Flavours offers children every Wednesday, a culinary workshop and opens its space to seminars and group meals. Children's workshops on Wednesday from 14 am to 16 pm.
