Thibaut Fourdrinier honed his skills with some of the great names in French gastronomy before setting up his own "Salle à manger" with his partner. Today, the chef has relocated his kitchen a few meters to reinvest Didier Becquart's former restaurant. The spacious dining room with its warm atmosphere is ideal for tasty meals. Renewed every 15 days, the menu offers gastronomic cuisine of the highest quality. The chef's passion for fresh produce is matched by the use of local ingredients wherever possible.
