Aikido is a Japanese martial art consisting of techniques, with or without weapons, that use the opponent's strength to reduce his attempted aggression to nothing. It is practised by men and women of all sizes and ages. Classes are open to everyone aged 16 and over. Aikido's founder emphasized the complete development of the individual. Here, students progress technically, physically and mentally in a spirit of good humour. You'll find a real spirit of conviviality, among both leaders and members!
