Le Septentrion, a three-space estate where you'll find the Village des Métiers d'Art in Marcq-en-Barœul.
The Septentrion Foundation is a domain composed of three spaces. There is the Village des Métiers d'Art, installed in an old farm, where about twenty craftsmen (pottery, painting, furniture...) welcome visitors in their workshop. It is also the Vert-Bois castle, an example of classical architecture with a superb collection of paintings, sculptures, furniture and art objects from the 18th century. The residence is still inhabited by the Prouvost family, representatives of the Roubaix textile industry. To see also: the park of 60 hectares and its varieties of trees.
