Since February 2019, Cédric Darras has been in charge of the kitchen at this renowned establishment. Amélie and Julien are the owners of this establishment, where beams and stone are part of the authentic setting of an old stable. The lovely terrace overlooking the lush greenery is a delight on sunny days. Our traditional cuisine is simple yet excellent, using fresh, local produce. The Chef's foie gras is a particular favorite. The address also doubles as a hotel, a comfortable haven of peace!
