The history of the place is quite disturbing. It would have been a "cabaret" before becoming a coffee, and for just over a year, a restaurant. A cosy place, where conviviality and good humour prevail. There is a French cuisine based on fresh and seasonal products. Beef tartar, crystallized pork, tender nut, salmon back… A bistronomique restaurant that deserves to be stopped. The cellar is well-stocked, at reasonable rates, and the boss will be able to advise you perfectly. At Saint Germain, we know what saint is going to be.
