MUSEUM OF THE IRON, THE OLD TOOL AND THE FOLKLORIC DOLL
Jacques Testet and Thérèse Favennec are two compulsive collectors. Jacques is a passionate wine grower today. In the old bakery of the village at the flower-drenched facade he has renovated, he has gathered a collection of more than 3000 old tools of various trades exposed in some showcases. Almost 40 years of collection by love of work well done… it forces respect! In the last few months, he has added to his collection 250 fers to various forms, forms and applications, including Chinese fers of the Fifth and Centuries centuries and an original iron at right angles. Thérèse for nearly 25 years dressed the folk dolls in the regions of France as well as those representing the country's historical characters. Napoleon I and Henri IV were dressed by Thérèse. It was not a mere passion, it was his job. The museum covers a whole life of crafts in the service of these ladies and miniature gentlemen. Note that Jacques, even if he is retired, still sells his wine. A new little room has just been set up in flea. Notice to friends chineurs….
