On the menu, you will find traditional dishes of which one does not get tired: the Flemish carbonnade, the potjevleesch, the ficelle picarde or the quiche with maroilles. Their specialty: the grilled knuckle of ham with mustard. The brasserie also dares to combine flavors such as caramelized chicory endives with salted butter caramel ice cream.
