Personnelle compétant et accueillant
- Pendant le petit déjeuner, on me prend les serviettes pour le lavage. On ne m'en met pas d'autres. réponse: il n'y en a plus.
- pas de tapis de douche
- Pas de jus de fruit au petit déjeuner
- télécommande TV défaillante
- peignoir de bain élimé, à changer
- accueil pas très sympathique. La personne est toujours sur son téléphone portable
- odeur de tabac +++dans les chambres
- odeur générale très bizarre et non agréable
- la piscine est froide, le sauna et hammam non préchauffés
- salle de bain pas très propre et parois de douche très entartrée
- le sèche cheveux est réparé avec un domino.
Cet hôtel a besoin de travaux de rénovation, de ré organisation du personnel.
Par contre, la literie est vraiment confortable.
Je n'y retournerai pas, car en plus, le prix est quand même élevé par rapport à la prestation fournie
