We're delighted with everything: salmon on parsley cheese toast, grapefruit stuffed with shrimp, lamb mice, skewered duck breast, Normandy-style chicken fillet, vegetable gratin, roasted pineapple with scoop of ice cream, baked apple with chocolate or caramel, homemade chocolate mousse... Wine speciality: the red "Baron d'Ardeuil" AOC Buzet.
