Les Chevrettes du Terril supplies milk to make a delicious organic goat's milk cheese in Rieulay.
A story of goats settled at the foot of a slag heap, it's a great adventure... which is enough to make you goat (but we won't make a big deal of it). Here, the "Chevrettes du Terril" - about fifty of them - are treated with love by Julien, Olivier and Paola. When they are not hiking (in summer), they provide the milk to make a delicious goat cheese (organic, of course). You can also, between two visits, eat directly on the spot, to have a little drink, taste a plate. In short, a great address!
