In the furnaces, flavours have been adapted to local customers: less curry and more coconut milk make it possible to compose vegetable sauté and shrimp, from beef sauté to black mushrooms and sweet-sour chicken for sensitive palaces. La cuisine est raffinée et succulente.
J'ai commandé une entrée pour Noël et la gérante très sympathique me l'a préparé ce dimanche alors que c'est fermé normalement.

La viande respecte toutes les traditions... les noms sont exquis et le phoe est un plat très sain et riche pour les femmes qui ont faim mais qui veulent garder la ligne.
