A sunny cuisine served in a former textile factory: it was a daring bet, especially in a little known area of Roubaix. And Amandio Gasalho took up this challenge with flying colors. His idea? To make discover the Portuguese gastronomy far from the usual clichés and to underline all the nuances and the modernity of it. The star product? Cod. The restaurant even has its own desalination plant, visible from the dining room! The portions are just like this cuisine: generous. Originality, friendliness and flavor are the order of the day.
