Located within the Public Condition, Espace croisé is a contemporary art centre that focuses its work and exhibitions mainly on contemporary images. Thus, its programming provides a testimony to the diversity of research undertaken on the creation, use or manipulation of images, still or moving, analogical or digital. About six meetings with artists from all walks of life are organized each year. Resolutely open to the outside world, the venue also carries a European programme that allows contemporary art events to be held in the region and England. Workshops for young audiences are also organized.
