This superb brewery-restaurant nestled in the quiet of a former industrial wasteland is a completely mad place, ideal for drinking, eating and chilling out with friends. To accompany your home-brewed beer, you'll find new and ephemeral Neapolitan pizzas made with dregs and local beer yeast - matured for 48 hours.
