The worst hotel I have ever been in my life I book the place for 3 nights for me and my son who is only 7 year old
When we got there their the room was too cold and the heating was not working I was trying to get hold of someone to help me out but their was no one there till the next morning when I told them the heating wasn’t working they give me one but it only worked for 1 minutes then went off and never worked again
And I went to complain to them on the next day and the guy who works at the reception had a very bad attitude in front of my young son I give heating back and I asked for a different room they did give me a new room but with same issue so we decided to stay in our room but we took the heating with us but again turn up not working and we had to sleep 3 night in a very cold weather and my younger son was also complaining that the room was too cold so I would never ever recommend this place to no one as it is just waste of money for a very poor service
