Discover Audrey Chassenard's organic wines, on sale at the boutique and for tasting during guided tours of the vineyard.
The Chassenard family have been barrel-makers for a long time. Daughter Audrey produces 10 hectares of independent AOC Buzet and Vin de France wines from organically grown vines. L'Imprévu, a red wine made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, is the king of this young estate. Alongside it are "L'Esbérit" rosé and the dry white "Libre". Guided tours are available by reservation during the summer, finishing with a tasting of the red wines, including "La Gravetille" and "Le Caraud".
