Restaurant between estaminet and typical inn offering home-made fries in Steenvoorde.
Between an estaminet and a typical inn, the Saint-Eloi has put its ovens in an old Flemish brick inn with a magnificent period fireplace and exposed beams. The decoration is made of milk jugs and cart wheels. A charm of yesteryear that has hardly aged a day! The kitchen follows the same spirit, since on the menu you can find the traditional cuisine of the North: mushroom gratin with maroilles, homemade potjevleesch, Flemish plate... A bistro cuisine as we like it, which seduces since 1996, already!

The menu, on a painting, is copious. Terrines are excellent, the Benoit is defined according to the weight of the meat and side, the Flemish specialities are return. A very good address to have a good time.
