Chef Mickael Braure's restaurant features bistronomic, no-holds-barred dishes in a manor house.
Michaël Braure, former Top Chef and chef of Le Witloof, has opened the doors of his second restaurant in a former manor house! True to form, he has developed his new concept around sharing. This value is reflected in the name, "Rillons": a word that evokes conviviality and the joy of being together, but also refers to the pig, the chef's favorite product, which is very well suited to sharing... A la carte, bistronomic dishes with no complexes! Calf sweetbreads, garlic prawns, snails... to be eaten without restraint, accompanied by a delicious cocktail!
