A fun way to discover local heritage through an itinerary of discovery
One of Tèrra Aventura's fun treasure hunts. This trail of tales and legends refers to the tradition of the Conjuration du Renard (Conjuring of the Fox), practiced throughout Albret until the eve of the Second World War. At All Saints' Day, the conjurer, a sort of temporary sorcerer, went from farm to farm at nightfall, scaring away foxes with flaming firebrands. The conjurer was paid with a poularde. To be discovered in Villefranche-du-Queyran.
