Alexandre, Olivier and Sharma have just opened their restaurant of the same name, with the aim of bringing you the very best of fish through 100% home-cooked dishes and creative recipes. And what better way to achieve this goal than to entrust the kitchen to Corentin, from Objectif Top chef? His daily proposal: two starters and two main courses based on fish, oysters and seafood caught that very morning, to be enjoyed in a family atmosphere. What's on your mind?
