This fresh, local menu is matched by the industrial setting of this rehabilitated textile factory site, its decor reminiscent of the region's past, and its warm welcome, all of which contribute to ensuring you have an excellent time!

-Velouté potiron/émulsion truffée/noisettes (un délice!!!!!)
-agneau/purée vanille/raisin (très bel équilibre des 3 et la purée à la vanille était divine)
-chicoree/sarrazin/noisette (très bon et en plus dessert pas trop sucré)
Bref! C'était parfait! Très bon rapport qualité prix !
Jespère pouvoir revenir avant le changement de menu ????
Autre petit plus : service nickel!
Nous étions 10 et nous avons été unanimes sur la qualité des petites et grandes assiettes (vendredi soir : finger food) et les desserts sont aussi dingues que le salé.
Assurément nous reviendrons !
