In a decor typical of Flemish estaminets, with its red bricks and checkered tablecloths, Val en Cygnes offers regional cuisine at prices that are truly reasonable given the quality. Here, fries are peeled by hand as in the old days, and meats come straight from the farm. Among the dishes on offer are northern classics: carbonnade flamande, rabbit in mustard sauce, welsh (you can have a mini welsh as an appetizer, by the way!), as well as salads and burgers... An unpretentious restaurant where you can eat well!
