In early 2023, Olivia and Christophe Marlière launched L'Instant Gourmand. But don't be fooled into thinking they're newcomers to the business - Christophe has been in the business for over 30 years! This passionate cook likes to work with fresh, local produce... and of course, the taste is just right! The menu evolves with the seasons and the chef's inspirations: one thing's for sure, you'll never eat the same thing. L'Instant Gourmand is a bistronomic restaurant located in Valenciennes. The establishment has received an award from the Restaurant Guru guide and a recommendation from the Petit Futé. It offers home-style bistro cuisine, rich in flavor, prepared with fresh produce. Enjoy the chef's gourmet creations on a regularly changing menu. New dishes are offered every ten days. For starters, opt for cooked shrimp carpaccio with strawberry ketchup and mascarpone cream with mint and coriander. Or foie gras and porcini ravioli, with mushroom emulsion in peanut oil and poultry broth. For main courses, try the vegetable risotto with asparagus, snow peas, Ossau-Iraty shavings and bellota ham petals. For desserts, try the chef's gourmandise, featuring meringue, timut pepper, chocolate sorbet, Irish-style ice cream, chestnut ice cream, salted butter caramel and chocolate tuile. A few suggestions are also available on the slate. With or without a reservation, let yourself be tempted by an unforgettable bistronomic experience!

On sent le chef très passionné et impliqué dans sa cuisine et proche de ses clients, il n'hésite pas à venir à table pour savoir si tout se passe bien et pour vous expliquer comment il cuisine ses produits .
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée et nous y retournerons à coup sûr ????
