A classic festival in Valenciennes and an eagerly awaited event every year, under the sign of the 7th art.

Created in 2011, the Festival2valenciennes is an initiative of the association Atmosphères which, for more than 25 years, has been defending auteur cinema and international film production. The objective of this very popular festival? To escape and open up to other cultures. It offers two competitions, fiction and documentaries, previews, tributes, a program for young audiences and a selection of short films. For 7 days, the Gaumont of Valenciennes, which hosts the festival, rolls out the red carpet to the great names of the 7th art.
