Do you like Lebanese cuisine? This restaurant will satisfy you with its local specialties in starters, main courses and desserts.
Adib El Aouf, originally from Beirut, has set up his restaurant "Fayrouz" (named after a famous singer from his homeland) in a prominent position on Boulevard Georges Leygues. A trained chef, he offers hot and cold "mezzés" (hummus, eggplant caviar, falafel), small dishes for sharing, as well as specialties such as kefta shish beef or shish taouk chicken kebabs, arayes bread grilled with kefta meat. Baklawa with pistachios and mohalabia (orange blossom flan) are among the traditional desserts. The perfect place to eat Lebanese food.
