Barbara, in the dining room, and Bruno Couderc, in the kitchen, are at the helm of this gastronomic restaurant nestled in a beautiful 18th-century building surrounded by parkland. Their traditional cuisine follows the seasons and the arrival of fresh produce. The menu changes frequently, but you'll always find the classics: apple tourtière, pan-fried foie gras escalope with sweet and sour sauce, foie gras terrine with chutney and toast, roast lobster. Veal sweetbreads and roast squab are other examples. 100% homemade and a fine wine list.
