In the restaurant of this hotel facing the old train station, the kitchen is open. Everything is prepared before your very eyes, using fresh produce from local suppliers. House specialties include foie gras terrine with prune chutney, tagliatelle with duck breast, pan-fried foie gras and porcini mushrooms, and villeneuvoise salad (gizzards, foie gras, prunes, hazelnuts). A board to share is a must. The lounge bar welcomes you for wine, cocktails and tapas.

. Superbe endroit avec une très bonne cuisine. L'entrecôte de 180 g est à la carte à 28 euros. Un peu chère pour la taille mais délicieuse Très bonne journée à vous, cordialement.
