A museum housed in an old mill, with a fine collection of works by painters and sculptors.

In an old mill on the banks of the Lot, completed by a modern building and a square, the Gajac museum highlights a beautiful collection of works by painters and sculptors who show the world of the worker, the peasant or the bourgeoisie and flirt with the dreamlike. Impressionism and abstract art have their place. The permanent collections, which will be revised in 2023, are complemented by an equally rich temporary program, oriented towards contemporary art. The museum organizes workshops and hosts shows and film screenings.

Lieu incontournable
Très beau musée de province, très agréable. Il y avait une exposition remarquable
It is d" on a pretty building on the banks of the river Lot.

A very pleasant to visit and a remarkably dynamic museum with frequent and well-built exhibitions.

Not bad for a " petit" museum.
