As soon as you open the door of this amusingly-named boutique, you're greeted by the mouth-watering smell of charcuterie! Sylvie Latour specializes in Auvergne sausages and terrines. A must-try: Comté, wild garlic, blue cheese and hazelnut sausages. Terrines include guinea fowl with onion confit and wild boar with juniper berries. Sylvie also offers local products such as honey from Monflanquin or half-baked prunes from the "Ferme de Crubillé" in Beaugas. Perfect for aperitif treats!
