Sylvie Latour has made Auvergne sausages and terrines her specialty. We recommend the Comté, wild garlic, blue cheese or hazelnut sausages. The guinea fowl terrine with onion confit is a customer favorite, along with the wild boar terrine with juniper berries. Sylvie also offers local products: honey from Monflanquin, semi-cooked prunes from the "Ferme de Crubillé" in Beaugas...
