During the whole month of December, the Christmas market, its decorations and animations, make blow a merry wind of festival on the city.
In December, Villeneuve-sur-Lot becomes the "Bastide Enchantée", bringing stars to the eyes of young and old alike. Every year, over 100,000 visitors enjoy the atmosphere of this giant Christmas market, with its decorations and wooden chalets where local traders, craftsmen and producers offer their gift ideas.
