At the beginning there was a couple of Hélène and Benoît Lefèvre. They offered sweet and salty specialities from their orchards with semi-baked prunes to golden flesh, cream of prunes, crushed prunes, and then little by little opened the door to producers like them. So don't be surprised to discover homemade jams, cow's cheese (le), a block of homemade pork.
