Pascal and Fanny Vermughen's philosophy can be summed up as follows: "The love of pleasing customers with the detail that makes the difference on the plate". And their plates are particularly beautiful, full of color and generosity: Aubrac beef pavé, veal t-bone, duck brochette with figs and honey, pike quenelles with lobster sauce and citrus rice. Pascal's inspiration knows no borders, with Korean bibimbap (beef, rice, fried egg) and Japanese chicken ramen. Fanny's cocktails and mocktails are also divine.

Nous sommes tellement bien élevés et sûrement timides ou peut-être surpris par l’affront. Bref. J’ai juste envie de raconter cette mésaventure. Sachons le à Nord Sud , c’est le patron qui est roi, pas le client.
Enfin la décoration qui était absolument superbe en cette période de fête nous a enchanté. L'ambiance est magique et le soin est présent sous tout ses aspects.
